About

Hey, Girl, hey!

I'm Nadeje

I love personal reinventions!

I think all Black women in their 40's who are navigating career changes, entrepreneurship, and mental health challenges should not go through it alone.

I spent over two decades in early childhood education. I am a certified executive and personal development coach and I started this entrepreneurship journey in 2018. After many pivots, I've discovered that my passion was to help Black women 40 and plus embrace their inner strengths, catalyzing personal and professional transformation to unlock their full potential.

Entrepreneurship taught me that having a dual master's degrees in early childhood education and special education, coupled with a bachelor's degree in political science and more, does not guarantee your success. Having the belief, core values and endurance to persist no matter how hard things are, do.

I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, cooking, walking fitness, volunteering, photography, learning new languages, and blogging. My mission is to help Black women in their 40s+ connect with their inner strengths and authentic brands without sacrificing their well-being.

For many years, my focal point was to empower C-Level executive women soar to new heights and achieve excellence by harmonizing their work-life goals. Yet, I was stuck and I was going at it alone. Mentorship, and Black women collectives supports were the guiding lights that I needed on this journey.

As I keep growing on my personal reinvention journey, I will share practical advice and inspiration from the lessons and failures I've learned through the years in my blogs, social media content, and coaching sessions to support other Black women who are like me and look like me.
